A banner has one job: be seen and be read from wherever the crowd is standing. We design for distance first, then print at high resolution from files built to match the printer's capabilities, so type stays crisp and color stays true at any size. Every run gets spot checked for print and color quality before it ships. Indoor, outdoor, retractable, or hung from a rafter, it shows up sharp.
Options
- Vinyl banners: 13oz matte or gloss scrim, 18oz for outdoor and wind; hemmed and grommeted, pole pockets on request
- Retractable banners: 33 in, 36 in, 47 in wide; standard or premium base; replacement graphics for stands you own
- Rigid signs: Foam board, Gatorboard, coroplast, PVC, aluminum composite; single- or double-sided
- Sizes: Standard sizes or cut to your dimensions
- Quantities: 1 to 500+
Make it feel right
For a banner that hangs once, 13oz vinyl is plenty. If it's going outside or travelling show to show, 18oz with reinforced hems. Retractable stands are the workhorse of the booth — spend on the graphic, not the hardware, and keep the message readable from across a room: one line, big type, one image. Rigid signs with fine text should go on Gatorboard or aluminum composite, which stay flat.
File requirements
PDF preferred. Fonts outlined or embedded. Images at 300 dpi at final size. 0.125" bleed on all sides. CMYK. If something's off, we'll tell you what needs changing — we won't change it for you.
